Yoga for Athletes

For nearly eight years, Amy has been developing and facilitating individual, team, and corporate yoga programs to fit a variety of needs and goals. If you’re a member of a professional athletics team and are looking into the value of adding yoga, meditation, Pilates, and/or Functional Range Conditioning into your the training mix, Amy has you covered.

Amy’s approach is highly adaptive, accessible to all levels and abilities, and informed by her individual practice of over 17 years  as well as over 6,000 teaching and training hours. She has worked with individual members of the Washington Nationals baseball team, DC United soccer team, and the Washington Capitals hockey team as a whole.

Amy is an E-RYT500 teacher through Yoga Alliance and certified Peak Pilates teacher.
