Over seven years I have developed countless individualized plans to help people achieve their own unique nutrition and wellness goals and transform their overall well-being. FOR WELLNESS WORKSHOPS
Over the past five years I have developed and facilitated dozens of workshops on healthy eating practices, mindfulness, sports nutrition, safe detoxing, meal planning, meditation, and mobility.
